EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW AND AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 9, BY PURCHASING, ENGAGING WITH OR OTHERWISE USING ANY METCHENFIT SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND METCHENFIT WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-⁠WIDE ARBITRATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY CEASE USE OF ANY METCHENFIT SERVICES.

THE METCHENFIT SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 13.  IF YOU ARE 13 TO 17 YEARS OF AGE, YOU MAY ONLY ACCESS AND/OR USE ANY METCHENFIT SERVICES WITH THE INVOLVEMENT AND APPROVAL OF YOUR PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
