Our Adult Fundamental Jiu Jitsu Program is a 10-week course designed to teach the essential techniques every student needs to feel safe, capable, and confident on the mats. Each week focuses on the core positions of Jiu Jitsu and the skills that matter most in real-life scenarios: escaping bad positions, controlling stronger opponents, and using leverage instead of strength.

Throughout the program, you will learn:


  • How to escape Mount using reliable, high-percentage techniques 
  • How to survive, control, and attack from dominant top positions 
  • How to transition smoothly to Mount, Back Control, and other strong positions
  • How to defend and escape back control—the most dangerous place to be
  • How to stay safe and effective from Full Guard using our 4 Guard Rules
  • How to apply essential submissions such as the Armbar, Triangle, Kimura, and Guillotine
  • How to break the guard and pass using proven, fundamental movements
  • How to survive Side Control and escape using proper frames and timing


This course blends technique, drilling, and controlled training so you can build functional skill at a steady, confidence-boosting pace. Every class is beginner-focused, with clear instruction and a supportive community that helps you grow week by week.
