GYM ETIQUETTE

No Shoes on the Mat

The mat is a clean space. Keep it that way by removing your shoes before stepping on

Hygiene is Key:

Keep your gear clean and fresh. A clean uniform or rash guard shows respect for yourself and your training partners.

Trim Your Nails:

Fingernails and toenails should be short to prevent accidental scratches or injuries.

No Jewelry on the Mat:

Rings, necklaces, and earrings can cause injuries—leave them off during class.

Parents, Let the Coaches Coach:

Coaching from the sidelines can be distracting. Feel free to step on the mat and work with your child if you want to be involved.

Show Up or Let Us Know:

If you can’t make class, give us a heads-up. No-shows disrupt the flow and leave training partners hanging.
